A Cavalier man died from injuries he sustained when a lawn tractor rolled over him in a roadside accident on Tuesday, July 26.
According to a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, 62-year old Mark Sagert was mowing the east side ditch along North Dakota Highway 66 about five miles west of Crystal in Pembina County. The accident happened just before noon.
